Wow. Thank you for this. You were always kind to me and I will always remember very fondly how you reached out and included a shy kid who was very much a nerd. I will always remember that and value those moments. Thank you for that as well.

Thanks for putting your amazing thoughts down and sharing them… I agree that most of us are curious about the impact we have on others but rarely receive that desired feedback. And I know you created wonderful community as my yoga teacher both in person and on zoom. I am honored to call you my friend.
